I believe in using my design skills for projects with meaning and this is personally one of my favorite examples of that. Family is everything to me. I thought a really great way to bring my family together during the 2020 covid circumstance would be to create a family cookbook. I created three different layouts for my grandma and let her pick her favorite style. Her favorite color is red so we made it a primary part of the visual language. Together we reached out and gathered recipes from my whole family and mailed each of them a cookbook of their own. This project means so much to me. Cooking is such a wonderful way to bring family together and family cookbooks are so meaningful and can be passed on for generations.
